Our skilled technicians use state-of-the-art technology and proven processes to ensure your quality. Here’s a sampling of what WE do:- All cartridges electronics are tested first. We then look for damage that may show up later to ensure your quality.
- Cartridges are then cleaned and flushed using a centrifuge machine to ensure we get rid of any old ink.
- Our cartridges are then filled with premium ink to meet or exceed the original specifications for that cartridge. We keep over 150 different inks on hand to ensure bright vibrant colors, sharp black text & graphics and correct page counts.
- Once inspected, cleaned & filled – WE TEST PRINT CARTRIDGES then steam clean the print head for you.
- We then prepare your cartridge to prevent damage with a special tape, clip or combination to protect the integrity of our cartridges. We then heat seal our cartridges in a static bag to keep air out before packaging.
